I have to change!

I am back on SparkPeople after 4 1/2 years of going back and forth. I have had two more kids since the first time I joined in September of 2010. At that time I was nearly 300lbs. I lost 40lbs in five months and have kept it off, (aside from pregnancy) and after pregnancies I always return to 260ish. We think we are done with he baby phase of our lives so I am back again hoping to finally get to 190lbs. My ultimate goal. If I just lose 8lbs every month I will get there by ...

If I just lose 8lbs every month I will get there by nine months from now, which will be Jan 2016.
I know from experience when I stick to tracking my food and fitness I lose weight. I am just really bad at consistency. I have three little distractions with me all day. :)

Thank you for the lovely encouragement to my blog and photo. I've had to rebuild my wardrobe, which has been fun but a little hard on my wallet. That's part of why I have to maintain, because I can't afford gaining!

Keep up the amazing work! Stay fit, beautiful and strong!

He hides where he cannot be seen

"Time always moves forward whether you move forward or not. Your most effective strategy is to make use of each moment as soon as it arrives. There's no end to what you can accomplish if you'll just go ahead and get going. Now is what you have, so make now your time to begin."

Just stopping by from Rootin' for Ruby with a little motivation and encouragement! Did you know that there are only FIVE days left until Spring? Why not set yourself a mini goal that you can reach in the next 5 days?
