I am back on SparkPeople after 4 1/2 years of going back and forth. I have had two more kids since the first time I joined in September of 2010. At that time I was nearly 300lbs. I lost 40lbs in five months and have kept it off, (aside from pregnancy) and after pregnancies I always return to 260ish. I am back again hoping to finally get to 190lbs. My ultimate goal. If I just lose 8lbs every month I will get there by nine months from now, which will be March 2016.
I know from experience when I stick to tracking my food and fitness I lose weight. I am just really bad at consistency. I have three little distractions with me all day. :)

My goal is to eat less and exercise more. I want to be 40lbs lighter byDecember 2015 and reach my ultimate goal of a lose of 108lbs. by October 2016.


My Program:
Lots of cardio at the moment. I am also eating according to the nutritian guidelines offered by Sparks.

I am originally from the Louisville, Ky area and moved to the Indianapolis, In area in the fall of 2008. I am married and have three sons. My starting pant size is a 22 and a 2x top. I am 5'9" and would love to be a size 10, M top at my goal weight. I haven't been that size since I was 13 years old!
