My Program:
I started my weight loss journey AGAIN, but this time for the last time, in the middle of January 2010. I told myself I'm not on a "diet". . .every time I've said this phrase in the past, I've failed. This time I'm changing my life. I watch what I eat, but do allow myself splurges and nights out. I've been trying to get to the gym 6 days a week! I've been working out hard since January and to my surprise, I actually like working out! :)

Thanks for the compliment about the blog! I am finishing up the Secondary Ed program here at the ol' U of I... I absolutely love it! Getting to work in urban schools has been amazing, though challenging at times. Good to know I have other education friends out here on SP! :-)

At another time in my life I was hiking the entire trail so I know what the end is like. Actually coming back is much steeper because you are starting at a lower elevation than when you start the beginning of the trail.

Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog. Just as an FYI, the Sierra Club rates that trail as "moderate"...I say, "omg, I can't take a breath." Hoping that will improve soon.
