I'm often an overly emotional and depressed individual who has a hard time maintaining healthy habits when I'm in a certain mood or severely depressed. My main goal is to foster and keep healthy habits in spite of my mood and emotions. I'm doing better than I was but not quite there yet. I've had a major upset recently and haven't been following my healthy habits, today is the day that I choose to start doing good things again even while grieving.

My Goals:
Write in my journal once a week.

Track my food and exericse on SparkPeople every day.

Take my dog for at least 5 walks a week.

Maintain a proper sleeping schedule.



My Program:
I was exercising 5 or 6 days a week, doing a combination of cardio and strength training. I also try to walk the dog for 45 minutes to an hour most days of the week. I have a fitbit which I love and I use it to help make sure that I'm meeting my step goals. This new session of bootcamp that I'm starting, my goal is to work out at least three days. More would be ideal, but I want an achievable goal and three days is doable.

Personal Information:
I am from Illinois. Not far from Chicago.

Other Information:
I'm a Star Wars freak, I love the movies, the books, I have tshirts and other memorabilia even if I gave a lot of it to my younger brother. I enjoy making jewelry, doing dreamwork, spending time with my family, friends, and dog. When

Yes, I enjoy exercise, who knew! I wonder why I did so little of it prior to getting a treadmill. It helped me that the Summer 5% Challenge had a weekly fitness target of 120 minutes a day -- I took that as a personal challenge. I found a way to meet those 120 minutes within the limitations of my body's readiness and my PolarPersonalTrainer's Training Load assessment. It was quite a stretch at first, but now I usually complete 120 minutes before lunch.
