Trying to find that "thing" I can stick with.

I have tried a lot of diets and exercise programs over the years. I find I will start out strong and either over do it causing an injury or give myself a schedule/goal I just can not realistically live with.
I'm trying to make smaller healthy changes that are easy to stick with that will hopefully become a habit.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I'm happy to meet some hometown folks on here. Obviously I'm here to find some help in my effort to lose weight, but I'm interested in networking with people interested in healthy activities!

I look forward to talking to you. This long weekend I need to sit down and work on an eating plan. I seriously need a SUGARVENTION. Bad Kelley!

So this weekend is planning and grocery shopping. I'm also going to try to take advantage of the weather. You know as well as I that we need to use it while we have it.
