I did sparkpeople back in 2011 and it went great. I lost 25 pounds. But...I got of fthe wagon and quickly gained it all back, plus a few more. (Where have you heard that before???) I'm ready to start again this summer. I hope to lose 20 pounds by the end of 2012, and get back to a healthy weight.
* Walk (or other exercise) every day, no matter what.
* Attend a strength/weight training class 3 times a week (or do a video at home.)
* Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
* Eat veggies as a part of every lunch and dinner meal.
* Eat only one dessert/junk food per day.
