My Goals:
run a 5k race
take some courses
hard rock body!!!!
run a 10 k race

My Program:
eat when hungry..which is usually 4 to 5 times a day. small portions of protein and carb(vegies or bread).
Body weight interval trainning 3or4 times a week, with 2 days of running 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
from ontario canada, I have 3 beautiful kids. 7,5 and 3.


Other Information:
I enjoy and get a high off working out!

thinking i am look into a career as a personal trainer!

Right now I am doing a 4 day split w/ 5 days cardio. I see you are working on becoming a personal trainer! That's awesome! I certified in 2009 and love it!

hey! sorry wow, i haven't been on here for a long time..just getting back..im now studying to become a personal trainer. I lost the weight mostly with consistant 3 days a week of light weight high rep workouts...with 2 days of jogging 30 mins. minimum.

Now i do body weight interval training. i have to say...i have gotten great results from this.
