And about my fitness minutes... I try to walk at least 1 hour per day. Sometimes I split it in 10-20 minute chunks just to get it done. Sometimes I don't want to do it, but I've been doing pretty well lately.
Thanks for the Goodie! I've been on a roll with fitness time but Im taking it while I can before it gets harder to fit it in to my work schedule. Maybe I'll have a good habit by then?! I'm sure you'll catch up to me soon! 2083 days ago
Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!! However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
