My Plan: 1. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week. 3x strength training, the rest walking, biking, cardio DVDs. 2. Track food and stay in calorie range. Follow healthy eating plan. 3. Log on to team discussion daily and support team members. For many years my family and job have come first, and I've piled on the pounds. Log on to team discussion daily and support team members. For many years my family and job have come first, and I've piled on the pounds. Now I need to put myself first - easy to say but I suspect it will be difficult to do. Lost 57 pounds and still in maintanance but struggling as I gain and lose the same 4-5 pounds. Tracking food and exercise every day and aiming for consistency.

My Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes a day. 2. Follow 40 minute exercise DVD 2-3 times a week at home. 3. Stay within my maintenance range.
My Program:
I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now. I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker. I log into Spark every day.

Yo-yo dieter in the past & so glad I found SP. Married, mother to 2, stepmother to 2, grandma to 9 Retired teacher
Other Information:
Avid reader, especially mysteries and non-fiction history. However, I'm doing less reading and more moving now!
