Ok, I see it's time that I update my spark page. So here is the news, after finishing my PhD I am one step further up the career ladder, however back to the excuses "I have to work and when I come home I am too tired for sports." So here is to a new start on getting back into the game and back into the spark.

Hi! Welcome to the US! I hope you are enjoying your time here.
Isn't America the land of gluttony though? I have had many friends from other countries who come here and talk about how difficult it is not to eat themselves into a frenzy, because there are so many opportunities to eat poorly. and like you said - the portion sizes are out of control!
Now you know why Americans can have such trouble with obesity. When you add to that the problem that much of our food is filled with preservatives and fillers, it's a real problem.

Of course, it's also a tasty problem. I very rarely eat at fast food restaurants, but sometimes you need food when you are on the road. My husband and I try to eat at healthy restaurants whenever possible.

Are you just visiting Boston? I love Boston! I live in the Washington, DC area, but there is a lot to see and do in Boston.
