You can do this, and everything else. Now do it.
No matter what size you are, life is still just life. I know this because I've lost the weight before... and guess what? Life doesn't become magically perfect. But life's not supposed to be perfect... it's supposed to be life. But I can live it healthier, stronger, and with more confidence. I can live the advice I give my patients. Life is now.
