My weight ticker tells it all. From 205 went up to nearly 260 in 2007 after a back injury, did Nutrasystem first, lost some. Couple of years later did HcG. Maintained at 235-40 for a couple of years. Started IP in 7/13. Ticker shows current weight.

Use nutrition tracker, mostly caloric intake and exercise tracker. Drink all my H2O. Walk 2 miles with the wife at least 4 times a week, preferably each day. Lift weights sporadically, really feel good when I stay disciplined with weight lifting.
I'm from the NE, a federal service academy grad, lived in Seattle area for 20 years, nuclear navy during that time, now in Tri-Cities, E. WA, enjoying the sunshine.
Hobbies include fishing, gardening, reading non-fiction. Sports include softball, weight lifting, martial arts, hunting, shooting, golf, and skiing. Married and we have big dogs and 2 cats to mix things up a bit.
