Hey there!! I just saw your last post. I would hold off on the planks....especially if you're showing. Being pregnant adds stress to your lower back and it's a bit tougher not shifting the weight to your back rather than your core during planks while pregnant. 1653 days ago

Things on this end are going really well. I have 3 different personal training and coaching certifications. I've been in maintenance for just under 2 years and I've been teaching others how to lose weight and keep it off. So far, it's going great!!! I miss keeping in touch, though! So, we/I have to do better about our emails! I hope to hear back from you soon!!
