I love scrapbooking, gardening, sewing. We moved last year and the basement was MOLD so after gutting it it's gettinga facelift and I get a room all to myself to sew and scrap! I'm totally excited!
Linda, I'm so sorry you hurt your knee! I've finally recovered enough to workout after my fall last month. One thing I learned the hard way during that time .... What we eat is even more important than before. So don't do what I did and let pain and disappointment lead you down the wrong path. Stay focused on your goal and keep tracking your food.
