Hey there...just stopping by to make sure you're keep up the fight! Hope you 4th was savey and fun! Camping was a blast and I'm proud to report I stayed on track and was able to drop 4 pounds since last Thursday. I had to weigh in today becase I joined the Biggest Loser Challenge. I'm hoping that will give me a little extra kick in the but to get in some more cardio. I'm doing well with the strenght training I just need to pick up the cardio. Have yourself a great week and I'll chat with you early next week.
