    We should start writing a blog a week about how the week went and how we feel! I think it will be very helpful to be open about how working out and stuff makes us feel because idk about you but I always forget how nice it makes me feel about myself. Looking back on our week will make us understand how much we want this. Even if the blog is negative because of a bad week it will be helpful.

    Hey Jess, Sorry I didnt text or call back! I am really bad about that XD Especially when im busy and feel overwhelmed with things~ I didn't eat so well today, so I didn't track it. I had tater tots for lunch and a grilled chicken sandwich but for dinner I had chicken and veggies so thats not so bad. I worked out today! It felt great :D So hopefully I can workout again tomorrow. Will's sister is going to get on this site and join in on trying to lose weight so I will tell her to add you and we can all be a support group together~! K long message, ttyl emoticon

    You can do it! Just know that this is not an all or nothing situation. It is a nice lifestyle change but your old lifestyle will always be in the background. You need to find ways of still having the stuff you love but on special occassions. Good luck, I wish you the best of luck.
