facing the scale every morning

i've reached a horrible weight (224) last year.. i tried a diet since then.. but nothing very serious.. reached 218 on Sep, 2012!! then i searched for something serious.. Sparkpeople and i reached 196 on it! but the road is still so long ... need motivation!

It's been a while! I'm swinging now between 184 and 182 lb .. I wanna break the 80 's and go down to the 70's but seems I'm not trying hard enough.. I'm still trying to eat healthy and I'm working out everyday.. no off days.. but I stopped tracking what I eat regularly.. will try my best to log everything I eat again.. emoticon
