Third Time's A Charm!

I'm a married mom who has spent the last ten years ignoring myself and now I'm changing that. I've quit smoking (after years of trying! Woo-hoo!), finally figured out what I want to do with my life (starting college in January. Another big woo-hoo!!), and now I'm ready to tackle my weight. I'd absolutely love to lose about 30 lbs. before school starts. The last two times were spectacular failures because I just wasn't motivated enough to make serious changes. This time, though, it's a very different story. I am motivated, I am feeling strong, and now, after making other huge life changes, I finally KNOW that I AM CAPABLE.

My Program:
I'm eating a ton of fruits and vegetables and trying to make sure I drink plenty of water. My fitness program is rather scattered now. I'm trying to find what works for me (and what I'll stick with!). Yoga, qi-gong, walking, Wii Fit Plus, and cardio dance videos are my available/doable options at the moment.

Hey, I saw you in the Official Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. I've only recently started to really make use of the team, myself. Halloween in actually a good time to start, think of all the extra calories you'll be skipping with each little victory. Here we go!
