Life isn't measured by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away.

Long Term Weight Goals (I'm doing this goal/time frame thing with my friend Confused Bird):
- goal #1: Lose 25lbs by July 2nd and weigh 222.2
- goal #2: Lose 50lbs by October 2nd and weigh 197.2
- goal #3: Lose 75 lbs by January 2nd and weigh 172.2
- goal #4: Lose 100 lbs by April 2nd and weigh 147.2
- final goal: Lose 7.2 lbs by May and weigh 140!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exercise Schedule
- Monday AM [3 miles Super Fat Burn, 100 crunches]
PM [1.8 mile walk with Niko, 100 crunches]
- Tuesday AM [3 miles Super Fat Burn, 100 crunches]
PM [1.8 mile walk with Niko, 100 crunches]
- Wednesday AM [3 miles Super Fat Burn, 100 crunches]
PM [1.8 mile walk with Niko, 100 crunches]
- Thursday AM [3 miles Super Fat Burn, 100 crunches]
PM [1.8 mile walk with Niko, 100 crunches]
- Friday AM [3 miles Super Fat Burn OR 2 miles Abs, 100 crunches]

Long Term Goal - Lose 107 pounds
Medium Term Goal - Lose 25 pounds by April 2nd
Short Term Goal - Drink my water every day
Daily Goal - To be strong and to be able to fight every day.


My Program:
My program? I'm staying in the prescribed calorie range, exercising, drinking my water, and taking my vitamins.

My program isn't so much a program as it is just trying to overcome the obstacles that put the weight on in the first place. I want to be happy, healthy, and proud of myself. :)

    Yesterday is past. You can not do anything to change what was or was not done. The future can only be dreamt about. You can only change today. What are you willing to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?

    Think about what your goals are. Are you getting there? Are you doing everything you can to get there? If not, why not. There are only as many hours in the day as we make use of. If we waste them, they are gone forever. Just something to think about.
