I've been on Spark for EIGHT long UNsuccessful years on and off and I've decided to get serious about my weight loss plan. Yes, I have a PLAN!...finally.

I'm not expecting anything fancy just some results for my hard work. I've worked up a rewards & incentive plan to help me along the way (and having a diet buddy wouldn't hurt either)

Favorite Milestones
230 lbs=Spa Day
200 lbs=Healthy dinner at a fancy restaurant
170 lbs= Trip to Bubbles Hair Salon
140 lbs=Weekend getaway or meet with my Spark buddy!

Fitness Minutes: 1,457

My Goals:
I WILL...
-Drink 8 glasses of water/day
-Work out 4-5 times/week
-Keep a food log and blog at least once per week
-Plan meals weekly

I WILL NOT....
-Eat fast food or junk food snacks
-Consume a lot of white carbs
-Get less than 6 hours of sleep
-Intake caffeine excessive alcohol, and stimulants


My Program:
Week 1-2: Get eating habits in order by trying various methods. Currently going to try the 21 Day Fix

Week 3: Incorporate work out regime. Hopefully going to the gym or working out 4-5 times a week and doing light weight training the other 2 days.

Week 4: Balance the two successfully, good eating habits and workout.

Week 5: Start seeing lifestyle changing results!

Whew am I going to be tired!



Personal Information:
I'm a go-with-the-flow kinda gal who loves going to live shows, driving fast with the music loud, texting like a maniac, snapping random pics, and generally getting out and doing stuff with friends!

Depending on where I am and who I'm with my eating habits change. I'd like to find a healthy middle ground that will be productive to my weight loss plan.


I'm a big kid at heart: I love Legos, board games, video games, playing in the rain, throwing themed parties, taking random pics of people when they least expect it, and carrying my own spork around.

Phone calls, text messages, tweets, pictures, etc. We've got to stick together!


Other Information:
Potato chips are my weakness and any substitutions are just that
