Trading Competition For Competition

2 years ago, I was a runner. I was gearing up for my first half-marathon and to start training for my first full. When I crossed the finish of my full, I went through the post-marathon depression and never came out of it.

Two years later, I still dread running but have discovered weights and am now training for fitness/figure competitions. I know I have a long way to go and am willing to put in the work to get there.

Two years later, I still dread running but have discovered weights and am now training for fitness/figure competitions. I know I have a long way to go and am willing to put in the work to get there.

In the 2 years, I have watched my body fat percentage drop from 32% to 20% and my weight drop from 155 to 138. I am wanting to drop the last little bit that's holding on so I can mold my body into the very best it's ever been.
