I also have stress at home helping with my husband's 3 businesses when I can while caring for our toddler. I have to say this program is all about balance.

Personal Information:
I come from a beautiful small town Cheboygan, Michigan. Met and married my husband, Sean in Grandville, MI in 1991 where we reside nearby today. 1st daughter born in 1998, I was 30. 2nd in 2007 when I was 40. God is so good to us!

Other Information:
I was born to the middle child (#7) of 13, Sally Kennedy who is now home with the Lord after a 5 year battle with breast cancer. She is still my hero and missed terribly by my daughters as I tell them of my memories of her deep love for children.

Thinking of you my friend and wishing you the best in all that comes your way this year. Some will be good and some may stressful. When stress does come your way I want to share something that may help for it has me.I have been studying much this week over and over from Psalms 46:1-8 how deeply God cares for the deep needs that we have. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances, troubles and trials bring us discouragement and despair. The Psalmist identifies these to the upheavals in nature in verses 2-3, but He shows us his fearless trust in 2a and the reason why he has such trust in verse 1. God is our refuge, our strength, and our present help in time of trouble. He is the one we can run to 24/7. He cares and has the power to help, strengthen us in all our trials, trouble, distractions, and makes it where we can lean on him and relax as he is in control.
Hugs,
Lois
