I reached my goal, now for fine tuning!

Just when I decided to tone-up, I get hit with a whammy! On June 11, 2008, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. But it is not the end of my story!

About 18 months ago, I decided to start a Biggest Loser Club where I work. I was 25 lbs over weight, and because I'm tall, I looked like a behemoth! I lost 25 lbs in 6 months, and was the biggest loser! I credit much of my weight los to SparkPeople, and Iím so thankful I found it. I've maintained that weight for over a year, ...

I've maintained that weight for over a year, and am proud to say Iím skinny! But, I'm flabby, so time to tone up! Plus I'm getting married in October, and have to look fantastic in my dress!

Now I must learn how to exercise with my disease. The road will be bumpier than I thought it would be before my diagnosis, but itís not impossible!

My Goals:
"I want to weigh 145 again."- That's what I said when I first started this. Now I say, what the heck, lets go for 137! I don't mind weighing more as long as I'm fit and don't have the flab jiggling around.

I love cycling, but not just road cycling.... I want to ride the rocky trails on my mountain bike! There are trails around her, so my big goal is to do them with ease!

I want to start running again. I used to run 3 miles every day, and it was wonderful. I want to be able to do that again!

My Program:
At least 30min of cardio 3x a week. Biking when the weather is nice, elliptical when its not. And lots of dog walking!

Strength training 3x a week.

Personal Information:
I'm 27 years old and in the worst shape of my life. My goal is to be 137 lbs, but I don't care how much I weigh as long as I'm fit and my clothes fit great.

I love my dogs, and being active with them. They force me not to be lazy..... they never stop!

I live in North Brunswick, NJ with my fiance. He wants to lose weight too, so we're supporting each other!

Your dog is ADORABLE.

My dog when I was a kid was named Lady Luck. Which was a pretty cool name, up until the part where sheís running down the block and my ginormous extremely hirsute father is yelling ďDAMMIT GET OVER HERE *NOW*, LADYĒ and freaking out all the passers-by.

Khan is a good name for a dog, though.
