I''m happily married for most of the 29 years, to a great guy!!! I''m a mother of two beautiful sons, Jonathon and Christopher, whom I love with all my heart! Both like to raise hell, play sports and drive me crazy!! Boy is that an under statement, but I love them just the same! They like to workout with me which is great. I''m also a first time Grandma of a great little boy, he is a true joy, I just love spending every moment I can with him. I work full time, I love my job, but I don''t get a lot of exercise while I''m there. I was raised in Michigan, one of 8 children. Moved to Tucson my Senior year of High School, I love the desert!!!!!! I enjoy walking in the canyon, the mountains it''s just so pretty and you really can''t beat the weather, even in the summer.
My goal is to keep my current weight at or below 160. I would love to lose an additional 15 pounds but maybe than I would be too thin, I will just take it a day at a time.

Ok that was my goal 18 months ago, however today my goal is to get back to 160, currently I'm at 184, so I have some work to do. Once I lose the additional 24 pounds I will review my goals and maybe create some new ones.
I have been on Weight Watchers and I have been very successful with it, losing over 45 pounds. Now that the weight is off, comes the hardest part for me, keeping it off. So far I have, but let me tell you some days it's the hardest part of my day.
I continued to work both programs but I prefer SP over WW, so today it's the only program I use.

Today my weight is back up to 184, like I said keeping the weight off is the hard part. I tend to put weight on with heartache and stress. The past two years were filled with heartache and stress, currently life is calm and happy, so now it's time to get the extra weight off.
I grew up in Michigan, as a child I was very, very thin, I would pray every night to put weight on, now I pray every night to take the weight off, crazy isn't it! I started putting weight on with my first office job, prior to that I was always moving while I worked. So not changing my eating habits caught up with me very quick.
If I can do this, anyone can. Weight loss starts with the mind.
It's a life time commitment and lots of hard work, I'm worth the effort.
