I'm 26 years old, and the highest weight count I had was 281. I'm down to 259, which feels good, but I obviously need to keep going. I've tried weight loss before, and struggled with keeping it at bay my whole life. When I was younger, I played sports, cheered, and kept active, so I could stave the fat off. Once I graduated college, I got a job that is either at my desk, sitting in meetings, or visiting homes in the community (where I sit alot). The job is in the child welfare field, so the hours are not the norm, and the stress level can tend to be on the higher side. I gained about 30 pounds my last year of college, and then 70 more in the four years after that. I want to be active and healthier again, because I remember what that feels like. I want to believe that I can look good again. My husband and I are also talking about having a baby, and there's no way I want to be this heavy and pregnant.
