    Thanks for your comment and question on my blog. I hope you're enjoying the January Jumpstart! As for the bonus videos, my understanding is that in week 2, you're supposed to choose any 2 extra videos to add to the regular sequence. You can look under the "Articles and Videos" tab at the top of your start page to find lots of videos. I, personally, like the ones Coach Nicole does. I think they are really easy to adjust to your own level. The ones I tried were not Coach Nicole's. They were Qi Gong, which is a little like Tai Chi. It wasn't difficult, but it was hard for me to understand. The other one I tried was a kind of cardio bootcamp 20 minute workout, but I just felt like I was being yelled at, and I didn't enjoy it. I think you're best off by watching a few minutes of the video first to see if you like it. There are plenty to choose from. Best of luck! emoticon
