My Goals:
My short time goal is to drop some pounds and look better for my hight school class reunion in August. The 50th no less.

My Program:
 So far I have tried my best to follow the guide lines. Diet and exercise each day and try to write in the journal each night. I really enjoy Spark People.

Hi, I just read your post on the FWC page. God Bless you and all the other folks out there who give of themselves in service to family and friends. Your family is blessed to have you, so remember, in order to continue pouring from your cup of life, sometimes you have to take a moment to refill it. I think that beauty is as our actions do, so when I read your note on Fat Wife's page I thought..........................you are already a beautiful person from the inside and I looked at your SP and saw that you are also beautiful from the outside.

So when you go to that 50 year reunion no matter what you weigh on that day you are already a WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, CARING and GIVING person and the weight loss is just a bonus for you alone.

I believe you will do good on here and find tons of motivation. I wish you all the luck and many blessings.
