Ginny's get healthy in 2010 challenge

In the end, I might have to undergo the knife but I want to do everything I can to help myself and it would be great if I could avoid that final step. I can't beleive ho many calories I've been eating. I can see that by writing them down, it forces a person to think before eating. It's as good a place as any to start. emoticon
