My journey a healthy life

I started losing weight after my son was born and I couldn't keep up with the pace he and his 2 older sisters were setting for me. I was 210 pounds. After 2 years I was down to 170 pounds. After yo-yoing for the last several years, I am at 164 today. My goal is to get to 140.

My hubby is in the Canadian Forces and we live in Nova Scotia. I'm a stay at home mom of 3 kids.

Other Information:
I'm a sports junkie. I love baseball, soccer and international hockey.

My favorite tv shows are Mantracker, Destination Truth, Departures and Ghost Hunters.

I rarely watch movies other than kids ones - the most recent being Kung Fu Panda 2.
