I'm Baaack!

Well I'm back again! This is the 3rd time...lol First I quit smoking and gained 25 lbs. This time my thyroid went haywire and I had to have it surgically removed. So between my thyroid going crazy and the meds I had to take for it...I managed to end up weighing more than I've ever weighed in my life...160.4 at my post-op appt in Mid-November. Was started on synthetic thyroid hormone, and basically told that I'd have to work harder now for the same results at the gym...so here I am eating ...
