My Goals:
To weigh between 148-150 pounds, consistently. Starting in August 2014 and remaining there every month thereafter.

My Program:
Cut sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes, rice (all whites), eat healthy portions of healthy food. Add Zumba, walking, weights and HealthRider to the mix as I gain momentum.

Personal Information:
Oiginally from inner-city Philadephia. Enlisted in the USAF and retired as a MSgt 20 years later. Ran a small credit union for 7 years. Now I work for the Dept of VA in Denver. I am married to the best man I know and I am a step-Mom to a wonderful Down's Syndome man.

Other Information:
I believe in personal responsibility in all aspects of life, so I need to walk-the-walk and take responsibility for my physical appearence.
