For all my pep talks and advice, I, too, find myself having a hard time doing the 30-minute sessions with a CD. My best workouts are by going to the gym as I have a certain number of things to do and it usually takes me an hour.

Yep, hubby and I went for a long walk. It wasn't as nice as Saturday but much better than today - it will only get to around 20 degrees.
