My Goals:
I want to lose 10 pounds as a start. My true goal is to keep from becoming diabetic.....I am in the pre-diabetic stage right now.

My Program:
Log my food. Eat healthy as possible and exercise at least 15 minutes daily as a start.

Personal Information:
I am a Christian. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and even though I am not perfect, He sees me differently than I see myself. His love is unconditional. I owe Him my life.

Other Information:
I love to sing, paint landscapes, and being outdoors or spending time with my daughter and husband. I love horses even though I cant ride anymore due to neck surgery but I still love them.
