My Program:
Walk, bike, strength training. Gotten back to yoga. Recently discovered jessicasmithtv.com & regularly follow her free exercise videos. Usually eat 3 meals & 2-3 snacks a day. Currently participating in Spring challenge.

Personal Information:
Name is Sue. Currently live in Whittier, NC with two female cats.
Until 2002 was vegetarian for 15 years; during & since Alaskan cruise I've added occasional fish. Beautiful daughter lives w/hubby in Summerlin, NV & my loving son is in Portland, OR.

Other Information:
Reading is my favorite pastime: novels, murder mysteries, biographies, The Spark....almost anything.
Enjoy hanging out with friends (sounds like a teenager) doing fun activities: dinner/movie, concerts, Bingo, walking or biking, etc; would love to get back to playing ping pong.
I LOVE to cook--mostly vegetarian meals; & earned my Baker's Asst. Certificate in 2010, as I've ALWAYS loved to bake as well. Working program, I indulge in treats: just limited & small portions.

There are 3 of us right now who are training and 1 who is working with us. We all have agreed to complete a 5 K in August together! Our trainer is starting up the insanity classes this week which I think I will try. Keep strong!

Good for you, Sue, for pushing through and making the time to run! I got myself to the gym on Sunday for cardio and core. Monday i ran with the team . I am walking 2 min. and running for 3 total time is 32 minutes! Can't believe I am actually doing this!
