Weight loss, What's that? ? ?

Hi! 27 y/o female with only one semi-serious attempt to loose weight in the past. Made to to ~ (-) 10 lbs and then went back up (+) a few. This time around starting weight is about 202 lbs. I am mainly focusing on calorie counting and exercise of any kind at this time. My weight goal is to get to an ideal body weight of ~150 lbs. Other goals are to be able to walk up stairs unwinded and be able to run comfortably when I have to responding to emergency situations at work
