My Goals:

Really tracking what I eat, exercising regularly, drinking more water.

Personal Information:
Three years ago I went on one of those low carb diets and was very successful going from 170 down to 145, but over the long term it just wasn't sustainable and back the weight crept. Started here when the weight hit 158. I'm finding this much more manageable. It's not a diet it's a way of eating that I can continue to do over the long term. I like that nothing is forbidden so if I go out with friends and overindulge one day I just get back to it the next day.
