I started the spark at 169 and my goal is to reach 145 that is when I will be happy with what I weigh.I want to feel better also by eating right and get some energy I feel so tired because of the menapause thing!

I am trying to count calories and drink more water and get more excercise!I love this site this is a great motivational place!!
