I started using Sparkpeople a few years ago, and had a lot of success losing a few pounds and really firming things up. Then I got pregnant and had a baby!! I nursed my baby for a year and during that time, the weight just would not budge no matter what I did. Since I weaned him, I've dropped weight pretty quickly and now I just have 7 more pounds to go. My goal is to be at the same starting weight with all of my pregnancies, so I really want to get back to 125 before my husband I start ...

I used to really enjoy weight lifting, so after that I don't plan on really focusing on numbers, but on how my clothes fit and how toned I feel. Wish me luck!

My Goals:
I really want to get toned and more physically fit. I figure if I don't do it now when I am young, it is going to be much harder when kids come along and as I get older.

My Program:
20-30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
20 minutes of strength training 5 days a week

DUDE! I was so intimidated by the barbells before I started NROL4W and now I'm like -- RAWR! I am woman! Watch me lift a barbell! Now depending on what I'm doing... I'm not adding much if any weight, but an olympic size barbell weighs 45lbs so I'm pretty proud of myself anyway. :D *HUGS* It's been too long! We're doing pretty good. How about you and your hubby?

Welcome to the Making the Cut team!!

I see that Zircadia (one of my bestest Spark friends!!) gave you a wicked suggestion in August: to do circuit training. Well - MTC is like a super-amped version of circuit training!!!
