    Are you still on comp train?? My goodness I couldn't even finish today's wods before I had to leave to get home. Plus super humid and warm temps for 5am lol

    I had planned on going this morning but there was so much bar work and I could barely open my hand let alone clean the bar every 30 sec and then snatch it lol Plus I really need more sleep with all the inflammation. Sigh next week I will do better - Hope you have a happy Easter!

    OMG this mornings wod was great!! well until the 10th pull up on round 4 - yep you guessed i ripped my hand yet again! and i totally felt it happening ugh - but I got back up there and finished the rest one at a time. I was last one finished but i rx'd it so i'm ok with that! lol

    DT was great this am!! I used 85# as my 1 rep clean is only 125 and I wanted to be able to finish haha - It took some begging and pleading to the owner to allow us to use comptrain masters. Our am coach has always used it but only did it during open gym time since we always had to do want the owner programmed. I prefer this programming sooooo much more - there is reason for everything! I'm still adjusting to our new start time of 4:45 am (had to move it up to get in all of the mobility etc in) but i'm coming around. It's the 25-30 minute drive one way that kills me lol I'm so happy you sent me a message about comp train masters! it's awesome to be able to talk with someone that gets the programming =)

    a bunch of people from my am class has made reservations for the games in Wisconsin - so exciting that I'm only 4-5 hours away this year - looking possibly about going to watch regionals as well, but that will depend on the kids schedules lol - darn kids!

    I'm in the 35-39 age group for another year & 1/2 lol yeah no muscle ups or ring dips for me yet =( one of my coaches did set up a neat scaled version for me the other day - pinned a bar to a rack at chest height for me and i used that to practice the jump and over =) ring dips I just use a small red band - so close, but yet so far away lol - got to remember to use more of my core when doing them. I'm on the leader board as Angie Worthey =)
