One Day at a Time

Hi, I started my weight loss about 2 years ago and lost 50 lbs following a low carb diet. Problem is that I stopped losing even though I followed the diet almost to the letter. I decided to try portion control - I like to eat :) and missed my carbs. I was really surprised with the tracker - I think that the reason I stopped losing weight is that I was eating too many calories. So I am going to try this.
