3 year old German Shepard, Sheba
I am a widow,74 years young. I live in Oregon, coming here August of 2006, from South Bend, Indiana. I love the west coast. I live with my German Shephard, Sheba, who is 3 years old.
I am using the menus offered right here on the spark page. I watch what I eat and drink my 8 to 9 glasses of water every day. I also go to Curves three times a week.
My name is Virginia. My email address is email@example.com
I am a widow, 74 years old. One of my interests is my German Shepard, Sheba. I also like to do gardening, counted cross stitching, read.
My favorite book is Beach Music by Pat Conway. Love the old time movies better than these new ones that leave nothing to your imagination.

I noticed your comment on Sharon's SparkPage and saw that you are in Milwaukie. We live pretty close since I live in Hillsboro. Your dog is beautiful and makes me miss our Dusty, who was a Sheperd mix. We had to put him to sleep at the age of 16. He spoiled us for any other dog, he was the most gentle dog and everybody loved him. We now have a smaller dog...a Lhasa Apso named Chloe. She's a pretty good dog, too. Would love to keep in touch.

I am not doing as well as I would like with my weight program. I got started well, but then my husband died (March 4th). I have had trouble getting back on track. I will though.
My biggest problem is exercise. I have had two extensive back surgeries andpartially fused spine. I can walk a short distance and I am in pain. I can move in front of tv with a video or dvd and I am in pain. But I will master that too, eventually. I guess there is a "Dancing with the Stars" DVD that is very good. I thought I might buy one and give it a try. I have lots of ideas, but no will power. Any suggestions?
