We need to focus on "planting one seed" (one small step forward) to grow our successes every day.

I read this in the current issue of Woman's World magazine and loved the message!

Believe and Achieve! "I can" and "I will" are so much stronger than "I can't" and "i won't." Hope always outlasts doubt. Negativity only has the power to hold you back - but positivity has the power to make things happen.

I AM moving, Ginger....gingerly, lol. I have physical therapy twice a week and do water aerobics a couple of times a week as well. I have been back to school for half days for 3 weeks and will probably go back full time on Monday. It's been slow going but I'm feeling better and better!
