Congratulation , on your progress that is great news. Thanks for the information on the feedback devices. I saw one at Sam's club which looked like a watch but I am not sure if I want to invest 28.00 for it. Still thinking about it. Hope you are having a good day, I am enjoying the weekend and being caught up again after two weeks.

Hey Ginger,

I hate this body fit arm band! The worst fitness gadget I have ever bought. I would recommend the Polar heart monitor instead. I own the FT7 and love it. But it only gives you feedback for your workouts (which in my opinion is the most important info.)

This horrible band is tight and irritating and bugging me today.

Other than that things are going well. My weight is slowly moving again and I am hoping to see 175 by the end of the month. Just 5 more pounds. I am so excited! Having been that weight all this decade! So it will be a big milestone.

How are things for you?

Sorry for my super late response to posting on my blog for new Spark friends last yr.

Thank you thank you thank you. How are you doing? I don't think I have seen you on my page before but I wanted to invite you to join a new email group I am creating. Read below if you are interested.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am currently trying to get a core group of my sparkfriends together to start a weekly email check in group. If you are interested please let me know. It will be nothing overly structured.
I will just be sending out weekly emails to the group with healthy tips or recipes and then a quick check in with what is going on with me and all I ask is that you do the same.
I find it very motivating if I can have a few core people to keep me accountable. I tried it last year and called it the 1500 calorie club. It worked okay but not everyone checked in so this year I am hoping to get more buy in.
Wish me luck.
Cheers,
MJ-
