Healthy Habits and a Healthy Attitude!
Mom. Army Wife. Childcare Provider. Runner. Martial Artist. Singer. Christian. Just a few words to help describe me, but not an all-inclusive list! After making my initial weight loss goal in the summer of 2011 I am now striving toward even better health. Dropping those last few stubborn pounds is one of my goals, but not as crucial as improving my overall physical, mental and spiritual health. I want to be the best I can be for myself and as an example to my children.

My Goals:
1. Create a healthy, manageable, active lifestyle for myself and my family 2. Continue my progress in advancing to Black Belt in Two martial arts forms. 3. Continue my running training, focusing on increasing my speed. 4. Track my fitness minutes and food eaten daily.
My Program:
1. Attend martial arts classes at least three times weekly. 2. Run three times a week 3. Strength train using a foam roller exercise sequence 4. Increase consumption of whole (unprocessed) foods, especially fresh vegetables.
Personal Information:
A native Western New Yorker, I married the love of my life, became a nomad, had the three most amazing kids ever, and ended up here in San Antonio, TX. We are loving it and may just stay awhile!
