I'm using SparkPeople mostly to keep track of my food consumption (make sure I get the appropriate ratios of protein, carbs, etc) and exercise. I'm trying to work out 2-3 times each week... we'll see how it goes.

Glad you like it so far. I went to the gym again today after class and it kicked my ass. After running, I though, why not do a couple more crunches. Nope. Couldn't do it. I guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow.

I just dropped BME 515. It felt really good :-)
