My Goals:
To crave only healthy foods.

To run a half marathon.

To remain under 160 lbs for more than 5 years.

To maintain for the rest of my like under 160 lbs.

To be at a weight that my back does not go out on me.

My Program:
No white foods - sugar, white flour, rice or potatoes.

run 18 miles a week.

Keep carbs under 60 grams.

2 weight training classes.

Ran 10K, now got a running buddy and training for half marathon.

Take fun workout classes - spinning, kickboxing and turbojam.

Personal Information:
My name is Gina and I come from southern MA near the RI border. Originally a RIer and have a weird accent.

Other Information:
Love movies, getting together with friends, herbal tea and spending time with my family.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Biggest Loser SPRING Challenge ALL Teams TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
