    Tabbouleh is a dish with origins in the Middle East. It's nutritious and easy to make.

    Bulgar soaked in hot water
    Chopped parsley, cucumber, tomato, mint, garlic, scallions
    Lemon juice and olive oil
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    You can add chick peas, black olives, feta cheese, and serve on lettuce or with pita bread.
