Time to Gain

I'm pregnant! I know there is a pregnancy Sparkpeople site but (sorry Sparkpeople) its pretty lame. You don't have nearly as many options as far as creating meal plans, participating in teams, and searching for foods as you do on here.

I am trying my hardest to gain what I need to gain and nothing else! Right now we are almost 2 months in, and it is time to buckle down and start eating fantastically!

Hey there, thanks for cking in with me and yes forward is good and positive! Ck out this months team challenge, maybe it will give u a little push, is really easy too!

I am hanging in there! Trying to make it til October and my vacation of doing nothing at all, but take care of me and rest. I haven't decided how to handle my work-outs because going there is next door to work lol, so if weather is permitting I might just get my cardio outside and go there for the weight training.

Thanks for your advice on the message boards. I plan to never leave here and hope this site is forever here because I think it will help me keep track while I am maintaining. I have a while yet to go before I reach goal, but am trying to mentally prepare myself and stay focused, I don't want to have to go through this again! lol Good luck on getting back down to your goal weight, I know you will make it, just stick around afterward and keep at it!
