I am hanging in there! Trying to make it til October and my vacation of doing nothing at all, but take care of me and rest. I haven't decided how to handle my work-outs because going there is next door to work lol, so if weather is permitting I might just get my cardio outside and go there for the weight training. 2786 days ago
Thanks for your advice on the message boards. I plan to never leave here and hope this site is forever here because I think it will help me keep track while I am maintaining. I have a while yet to go before I reach goal, but am trying to mentally prepare myself and stay focused, I don't want to have to go through this again! lol Good luck on getting back down to your goal weight, I know you will make it, just stick around afterward and keep at it! 2806 days ago
