    Hi, Thanks for your comment on my picture. Some may think I am stuck on myself for taking so many pictures of myself, but it has helped me to see my progress as I go. My mind doesn't always see the changes in the mirror. I have to see them in pictures. Don't be afraid of the camera. It can help to keep you motivated. You are doing great. Wishing you great success.
