Being heavy as a young teen didn't really bother me......until I got teased by the so-called "popular people" that looked like they hadn't eaten in decades. Even after losing almost 26lbs, their teaseing still continued forever.

what i want is to live the rest of my 20's like it should be and not worrying about what other people think about me especially what i look like and how big i am. i want to be happy and everyone else here too

I'm determined to not give up or throw in the towel this time when there are road blocks and speed bumps throughout all of the journey i can't give in because weight loss is not just a one day thing. it takes time. you have to continue for the rest of your life. 2010 the year I shed the rest of this weight off and find the newer, healthier, happier me - through daily motivation, exercise and better nutrition.

My Goals:
i want to lose at least 30lbs this year and not be in the plus size clothes any more. i want to live a happier life with my husband dan, my puppy hershey, and tiger cat gracie. i want to be able to fit better on a rollar coaster so i can have fun on them. i use to love them.

My Program:
stay on calories and eat nutritionaly soundly good choices.

do cardio 6 times a week anywhere.

do strength training 2 -3 times a week.
