Thanks for your comment the other day. I'm happy to report my knee is a lot better. I'm looking into cycling like you suggested. It's just hard to completely let go of the idea of running though. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. Thanks again!

Glad you are still biking, woo hoo. I would love to get more involved with that, I've just started doing short rides as crossing training on my non-run days, and I only have a beach cruiser, but I think I could really like biking. Have fun on your Century.
